MISSION AND VISION
The Little Way Foundation believes that all children deserve to learn and live their Catholic faith to the fullest extent possible. The mission of The Little Way Foundation is to support Catholic schools in the Diocese of Colorado Springs in educating children with special needs. The foundation fulfills this mission through fundraising, which allows us to provide financial resources to the schools. These resources are allocated to schools through grants, in order to fund professional development for teachers to learn to work with children with special needs, pay the salaries for service providers such as speech, occupational and physical therapists, interventionists and paraprofessionals, and to purchase assistive technology that allows children with disabilities to access and participate more fully in all school activities.

We believe that all children are created in the image and likeness of God. As Catholics, we are called to recognize the dignity of all lives and one way we can do this is to support and include those who have special needs. We believe that parishes, schools and families are strengthened by the participation of all members. We are called to grow in virtue through service to those who may not be able to serve us in return. However, we know that we always receive more than we give. We believe that God does not call the equipped but He equips the called. We are simply responding to His call. We pray that you will join us.

SCHOOL INFORMATION
St. Therese is known for her Little Way, which is how this foundation desires to live out its mission. We seek to do small things with love and obedience to Him and we trust Him to take our small efforts and multiply them. Children with special needs often must work very hard in order to reach a seemingly small goal. We want to support all children in taking those small steps toward who God has created them to be. Small steps taken over time lead to great things!
